It is best to contact us immediately and provide us the order number and correct address as soon as order is placed. If it is doable, we will assist you accordingly in amending the address.
Orders are processed within 24 hours. However, for orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.
It takes approximately 3-7 working days to print and package your order, and your item usually arrives to you within 5-10 working days after payment has been made. An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.

We perform stringent quality stock checks and if your item is the last piece available that failed our checks, we will notify you through email. If this happens, we will ask you to either change your items with another color, another product or if you are willing to wait until the stocks arrive.
